Russell McLeod – President Bluewave Construction

Russell brings numerous years of experience in construction management His broad range of expertise poject includes finance, strategic planning, acquisitions, project management and operations. His strict focus on internal control and quality procedures provides maximum assurance that clients investment in repairs and larger capital matters are being handled with care, competency and professionalism.

Prior to opening Bluewave Construction, Russell was a Washington State Trooper for 15, his vast law enforcement career spanned from working as a road Trooper in the Seattle area, to being a pilot in the Aviation Unit, providing Executive Protection for Presidential Details and International Dignitaries, and being an Accident Reconstruction Detective.

Upon retiring from law enforcement, Russell began his career in Construction and Real Estate, under his leadership as Director of Marketing and Senior Project Manager Russell was part of a team that led  his prior company to triple in size.

 

Ken Kemp -General Manager

Proven professional with 25 years of construction management experience with residential projects. Skilled with coordinating and
developing all aspects of construction activities and ensuring compliance with all regulations. Positive, resourceful problem solver with proven track record for utilizing resources effectively.
Ken is an intelligent, goal-oriented, responsible leader who adapts quickly and confidently to change.  With his  strong ability to identify potential problems early in the process and plan accordingly, Ken is able to value engineer a scope of work and keep the project on budget.

Ken is experienced with managing all aspects of projects and very knowledgeable with supervising crews, developing bids, estimating costs, and
reading blueprints. In addition, he will ensure compliance with all applicable laws, ordinances and standards. Throughout Ken’s career he has  developed effective communication skills and can provide leadership direction for successful results.
